Job Title: Tiktok Shop Operator

Schedule: M-F, 9AM-6PM Pacific Time

Salary: $900-1200/month

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to manage and enhance our TikTok operations, content creation, and product listing. This role involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our TikTok presence, building and managing product catalogs, creating engaging content, and setting up campaigns and promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Account Management:

  • Monitor and maintain TikTok account health.
  • Ensure order sync and resolve any order-related issues with the customer service and operations teams.

• Product Listing:

  • Gather product data and attributes to list products on TikTok Shop USA.
  • Build and manage catalog assortment for the US market.

• Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the creative and commercial teams to develop content briefs.
  • Optimize content for better engagement and sales.

• Shop Page Management:

  • Manage and update shop page content regularly.

• Campaigns and Promotions:

  • Set up and manage campaigns, promotions, and affiliate programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

• Reporting:

  • Establish initial reporting structures to track performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop operations and social media commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in optimizing TikTok Shop performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams to drive sales.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies

• TikTok Ads Manager (for campaign setup and promotions)
• Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro (for content creation and optimization)
• Google Analytics or TikTok Analytics (for performance tracking)
