Job Description

The Hilton Garden Inn Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest seeks an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team on weekends at our cozy lobby bar. About the Position:

Our bar offers a full selection of beer, wine, and spirits, with service available Monday through Friday to hotel guests and local patrons.
We are focused on growing our evening lounge presence and enhancing the guest experience through friendly service and creative offerings.

Schedule & Compensation:

Shifts: Approximately 4:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Required availability: Saturday and Sunday evenings
Expected tip earnings: $50–$100 per shift (may vary by day)

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience is required (entry-level is welcome; server experience is a plus).
Must have working knowledge of standard cocktails and the ability to follow recipe cards for specialty drinks.
Familiarity with beer, wine, and spirits is essential.
A passion for providing excellent guest service and the ability to engage warmly with guests.
