We're seeking a talented Partner to join our thriving Business Reorganization and Creditors' Rights Practice. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated deals, representing creditors, lenders, and asset purchasers in workouts, restructurings, and business reorganizations.

What You'll Do:
Represent Lenders and Creditors: Handle bankruptcy cases, asset-based lending, foreclosures, and debtor-in-possession financing.
Navigate Illinois Law: Work with Illinois commercial mortgage foreclosure, forbearance, receivership law, and UCC Article 9 remedies.
Handle Diverse Transactions: Engage in investor representation, financial sponsor transactions, exchange offers, debt-for-equity swaps, and bankruptcy litigation.
Build Client Relationships: Interact with and build strong relationships with the firm's clients.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive Experience: Significant experience representing creditors, secured lenders, and asset purchasers in workouts, restructurings, and business reorganizations.
Bankruptcy Expertise: Experience in bankruptcy cases, asset-based lending, and related transactions.
Illinois Law Knowledge: Experience with Illinois commercial mortgage foreclosure, forbearance, and receivership law.
Additional Experience (Plus): Experience in investor representation, financial sponsor transactions, and related areas.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Business Acumen: Degree or background in business or finance (a plus).
Licensing: Current Illinois license or eligibility for comity/waiver, or willingness to sit for the IL bar exam.
Portable Book of Business: Required.
