Job Description

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical services, collaborates with executive leadership, and oversees patient care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered primary care.

• Responsibilities include supervising medical staff, managing utilization and population health, supporting safety and quality initiatives, and maintaining compliance.
• The CMO serves as the clinical spokesperson, advocates for health IT systems, and promotes continuous staff development.
• Requires MD/DO license in MA, DEA certification, 3+ years supervisory experience, and preferably background in community health or as a Medical Director.
