Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Industrial Electrical Estimator to join our team and support growing industrial and commercial projects throughout Northern California. In this role, you'll play a critical part in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale electrical scopes—from concept to bid submission.

What You'll Do:

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

• Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and value engineering.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope.

• Use estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel) to develop and submit proposals.

• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for up-to-date pricing.

• Participate in job walks and pre-bid meetings when required.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of estimating experience in industrial/commercial electrical projects .

• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and California codes.

• Experience working with electrical scopes over $1M+.

• Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, and Excel.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Field experience as an electrician or electrical project manager.

• Experience in design-build or public works projects.
