Counter Attendant (Ice Cream) job at Four Seasons Island Resort Pembine, WI, US

Job Description

Our Lillie's Counter Attendants are the face of our ice cream parlor and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Responsibilities:

Prepare Lillie's pre-shift for the service ahead.
Greet guests as they arrive or move about the parlor.
Be accurate when taking your order, confirming all special requests.
Be the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversation.
Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.

Qualifications:

No experience required. We will train!
An engaging and welcoming personality.
A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
