Key Responsibilities
Provide an excellent customer experience by managing customs entries efficiently and professionally.
Process all Import Security Filing (ISF) entries.
Prepare and submit entry packets to U.S. Customs and approve necessary documentation.
Oversee customs clearance for air, ocean, road, and rail shipments.
Process entries via Automated Broker Interface (ABI) while ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and other regulatory requirements.
Handle Other Government Agency (OGA) processing.
Obtain freight release and manage duty payments, including ACH transactions.
Classify goods and rate commercial invoices accurately.
Communicate effectively with U.S. Customs and other government agencies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Coordinate deliveries of Less than Container Load (LCL) and air freight from U.S. ports and airports to customers' doors, as needed.

Preferred Experience
While not required, the following experience is a plus:
Experience working with CargoWise system.
At least 2 years of experience as an entry writer or within customs brokerage operations.
Knowledge of goods classification and OGA filings.
