Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to enhance organic and paid search performance.
  • Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogging, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and product promotions.
  • Oversee the company’s social media profiles and engage with followers to build a community around the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
