Overview: 

We’re seeking a _ Digital Marketing Manager _ to drive Rescale’s global digital strategy and execution. This role will lead website strategy (content management, optimization, conversions), paid and organic search (SEO & PPC), paid social media, and retargeting campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop integrated digital campaigns to increase website traffic, drive lead generation, and boost engagement and pipeline growth.

You’ll be a strategic, data-driven marketer with experience managing paid media campaigns, overseeing agencies, and optimizing performance. This role is perfect for someone with expertise in paid media, SEO, and PPC strategies for enterprise audiences in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

As a key player in the enterprise B2B GTM strategy, you’ll collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align strategies, improve performance, and maximize ROI through SEO and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Impactful Digital Strategies

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. 

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, ABM, retargeting) to engage prospects across the buyer journey. Create persona-driven, industry-specific, and use case-based personalized journeys to boost engagement and conversions.

2. Website Management and Optimization 

  • Own and maintain Rescale’s global websites (America/EMEA, as well as Korea and Japan websites, leveraging automated translation tools), including website content staging, landing page template design and maintenance in wordpress, and ongoing site optimization and performance tracking.

3. Digital Advertising Management 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, managing budgets,  optimization, bidding, and performance to maximize ROI

  • Collaborate with content creators on compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions. 

4. SEO and PPC Oversight

  • Collaborate with SEO and PPC agencies to align efforts with marketing goals. 

  • Conduct audits, provide improvement recommendations, and optimize keyword strategy for better search performance. 

  • Improve website content and structure for higher rankings. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and generative search optimization trends and best practices to maintain competitive positioning.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and SEMrush to track and report on campaign performance. 

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management. Identify trends and improvement opportunities based on data analysis. 

  • Monitor key metrics such as site traffic, engagement, and conversions.

6. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy

  • Work with sales, partnerships and demand generation to support, launch and manage digital ABM campaigns to engage target accounts throughout the buyer journey.

  • Help tailor digital campaigns for key account segments, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences, and report on the success of ABM initiatives, including key metrics such as account engagement, opportunity and meeting conversions, pipeline contribution, and account penetration and engagement. 

7. Collaboration and Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to align campaigns with business goals, optimize search initiatives, and enhance brand visibility. 

  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth.

What You’ll Own:

  • Core web metrics, analytics, and reporting – Demonstrate ROI on spend and tracking KPIs across the business.

  • SEO and SEM strategy – Grow targeted traffic and conversion rates through search engine optimization and competitive analysis.

  • Digital advertising strategy and execution – Leverage channels like display, remarketing, and LinkedIn to drive full-funnel engagement and results throughout the buyer's journey.

  • Website content setup and management – Oversee the creation, optimization, and ongoing management of website content to ensure it aligns with marketing goals and enhances user experience.

  • Digital tools – Manage platforms like WordPress and Cloudflare to ensure site performance and optimization.

  • Emerging digital channels – Identify and leverage new opportunities, including generative search optimization.

  • Agency and vendor relationships – Manage external SEM and SEO partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance against goals.

We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing for B2B Enterprise SaaS products. 

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid LinkedIn advertising

  • Proven track record in driving business outcomes via digital campaigns and account-based marketing

  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush (or similar), and Salesforce

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns.
