The Luxury Pergola is a rapidly growing e-commerce business in Noblesville, IN. We are a family business of Amazon and IU alumni bringing the first ever commercial grade, motorized aluminum, pergolas direct to consumer. This product segment represents the largest growing product in the outdoor living segment of the United States commercial and residential market. Until now, it has been too expensive for many, but our new design allows it to be shipped straight to the customer to enjoy.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, overseeing and managing our digital advertising, organic marketing, and inbound leads to ensure continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. The role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.
• Manage and optimize digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing PPC campaigns and SEO.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
