Chick-fil-A - Immediate Drive Thru Specialist Needed

Responsibilities:

• Use the CORE 4 model to serve drive-thru guests with eye contact, smiles, enthusiasm, and creating connection
• Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient drive-thru operations
• Upsell items to contribute to restaurant goals
• Master all Drive Thru related positions
• Take orders with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new products and complete in-house training
• Take orders outside in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Available on Saturdays
• Comfortable working outside and using a cash register and iPad
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills
• Customer service-oriented
