EMAIL MARKETING COORDINATOR

$45,000 a year – Full-time – In-person

This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of fashion and marketing. You will work in close collaboration with the Sr. CRM Manager, manage high-impact email and SMS campaigns, and dive deep into performance data to uncover actionable insights. Your ability to meticulously QA communications and identify optimization opportunities will directly contribute to our continued growth and the cultivation of strong customer relationships. This role is not just about executing tasks; it’s about contributing to the core retention strategy of a business where customer loyalty is paramount.

Duties:

• Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
• Execute marketing plans for our email & SMS/text message channels.
• Including writing creative briefs, building emails in Klaviyo & QA.
• Work cross-functionally with internal cross-functional teams (creative, merchandising, etc.) in the planning & execution of marketing initiatives.
• Present email and SMS marketing plans to company leadership.
• Analyze marketing campaign results and data to make suggestions for improved performance.
• Perform market and competitive research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulousness. Your QA skills are top-notch, and you are deeply committed to ensuring every communication that reaches our customers is error-free, on-brand, and perfectly executed.
• Positive can-do attitude!
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Able to continually meet deadlines.
• Able to take direction and work independently on projects.
• Able to work on-site 5 days a week
