Serving as a liaison between classroom and home settings regarding education, child development, and mental health. Providing support, referrals, advocacy, and maintaining up-to-date records for assigned families. Building understanding of the program by communicating its mission to staff, families, and the community. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies, including those from ACF, EEC, IDEA, DESE, and others. Family Partnership Building (up to 35%) : Welcoming families, helping them develop and reach goals, monitoring progress, and supporting transitions. Parent and Community Engagement (up to 25%) : Supporting parent activities, recruitment, orientations, and meetings.
