Alight Solutions is seeking a Financial Education Consultant to provide financial education services to employees of one or more Alight Solutions clients. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and involves working from home and/or client locations. Responsibilities include conducting enrollment meetings to overview client retirement plans, delivering retirement and financial education workshops both in person and virtually, conducting ad hoc meetings to inform employees of plan changes, and providing individual financial education sessions to help employees set retirement goals, assess strategies, and develop savings and investment plans. The consultant will also support employees in using retirement and financial planning tools, provide monthly reports on sessions conducted, develop and improve training materials, and travel to client locations as needed. Requirements include 3 to 5 years of experience delivering financial education workshops or working in financial/investment call centers, FINRA Series 7 (or 6) and Series 66 (or 65) certifications, CRPC or similar designation (or willingness to obtain within six months), and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
