Junior Developer Location Hybrid work in Tampa, FL :
Description Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Developer (Backend or Full-Stack) to support our expanding technology team. This role is ideal for a developer who is eager to grow within a high-performing organization. You will contribute to building and automating solutions that enhance our Salesforce environment, streamline operations, and improve the experience for both advisors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows and scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with customizations and integration within Salesforce, supporting key business processes such as client onboarding, transitions, and data flows.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Transitions, Base Camp (Operations), and Practice Synergies (Business Consultants) to implement technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code and workflows.
- Support system upgrades, testing initiatives, and the rollout of new features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- One or more years of experience in software or workflow development.
- Proficiency with automation tools and languages such as JavaScript, Python, Apex, or SQL.
- Exposure to Salesforce and familiarity with Lightning Components, Flows, or Process Builder.
- Understanding of data structures, APIs, and basic integration concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for solving problems and improving the user experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Familiarity with Practifi, Black Diamond, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to workflow platforms like Zapier, Power Automate, Mulesoft, or other RPA tools.
Job Type / Salary - Full-time, Exempt
- $70,000-$80,000 base per year, dependent on experience, with additional semi-annual performance bonus opportunities
Location / Schedule - This position will work from our Tampa, FL home office.
- Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
- Occasional evening/weekend hours may be requested.
- No travel for this position is required.
