Seeking 3-5 years Corporate Associate Attorney i n Pittsburgh, PA. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are looking to spread their wings and soar in the legal field. As a Corporate and Construction Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters with a focus on construction law and corporate litigation. Position Responsibilities :

* Handle all aspects of corporate and construction litigation cases.
* Assist with entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence.
* Represent clients in court proceedings.

Position Skills :

* 3-5 years of experience in Comercial & Construction Litigation- ( Must have )
* Admission to Pennsylvania Bar- ( Must have )
* Extensive litigation experience- ( Must have )
* Portable books of business a plus not required
* Preferred experience in construction litigation and construction law
* Strong legal research and writing skill.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
