I'm working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm based in Orange County that’s looking to bring on an experienced Employment & Business Litigation Attorney to join their team. This firm has built a strong reputation for excellence in litigation and client service, and they’re known for fostering long-term career growth within a collaborative and professional environment.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that has deep roots in the Southern California legal market and a loyal client base spanning industries such as real estate, finance, tech, and professional services. You’ll be part of a close-knit litigation team handling a mix of employment and complex business litigation —all defense-side .

You’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one, with the chance to lead cases and work directly with clients. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Employment Litigation: Defending clients in matters such as wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and wrongful termination cases.
• Business Disputes: Handling complex issues like breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and partnership/shareholder disagreements.
• Client Representation: Advocating for clients across various industries, including real estate, finance, technology, and professional services.
• Case Management: Taking ownership of cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaboration: Working closely with a team of skilled litigators in a supportive and professional environment.

What They’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience (employment or business litigation strongly preferred)
• Solid research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Active CA Bar license
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Irvine
• Someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a leadership path
