Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

* Equipment Maintenance:

* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
* Conduct preventive maintenance checks and inspections according to established schedules.

* Troubleshooting:

* Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

* Repair and Replacement:

* Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts using hand and power tools.
* Order and install replacement parts as needed, maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts.

* Safety Compliance:

* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure and accident-free work environment.
* Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the development of safety procedures.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

* Experience:

* 2-5 of experience as a Maintenance Technician
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

* Skills:

* Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
