Description Position Summary We are seeking to add a detail-oriented marketing coordinator to support our marketing team by helping to develop and execute marketing strategy and tactics. This position offers a unique opportunity to support marketing communications, event logistics, and materials management along with general administrative support within a startup environment in the medical technology industry.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Marketing Collateral Management - Establish a marketing collateral management process, including maintenance and organization of marketing collateral inventory, and tracking and monitoring collateral usage
- Process and fulfill sales team material requests for in-service and trade show events
- Coordinate with shipping department to ensure timely delivery of materials
Event Support - Assist in developing and maintaining trade show and medical fair calendar and logistics
- Support event preparation and material coordination
- Assist in collection of feedback to enhance future events
- Support other marketing-related events
Patient and Physician Testimonial Process - Create a process for collecting, utilizing, and documenting testimonials and quotes in partnership with legal and compliance partners (for print and digital outputs)
Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors
- Assist in execution of mailings and maintain marketing databases, including contact information and campaign archives
- Collaborate with other departments on projects, and assist with general office administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Understanding of marketing-specific processes, strategies, and techniques
- Strong written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients
- Proficiency in digital file management
- Ability to take direction and work independently
Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated interest in marketing, sales and/or medical technology through coursework or activities
- Proficiency in relevant marketing software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation Range - $50K to $60K, based on qualifications
