Position Responsibilities:  

• The Laboratory Technician collects microbiological sampling of beverages, syrups, and raw materials and performs sanitation swabbing utilizing aseptic techniques to prevent sample contamination

• This role will conduct sample plating, incubation, and monitoring to ensure production complies and is submitted to external laboratories for additional analysis

• You will manage microbiological laboratory supplies inventory, housekeeping, and in-house verifications of temperature and air monitoring devices

• Additionally, you will maintain confidential records and participate in external audits to ensure compliance

• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
