Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Packer positions in Riverside County, CA, and beyond!

This job order has been posted as a waitlist to help pre-qualify candidates to be contacted when we receive new opportunities.

Schedules: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour (based on position availability)

General Requirements:

• Must have recent experience in fast-paced light industrial work.

• Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.

• Good understanding of industrial safety.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in roles such as packing, food production, assembler, assembly line worker, production worker, or similar is a big plus!

• Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include:

• Working with products like food, cosmetics, supplements, or household goods

• Packing products

• Labeling packages

• Maintaining production speed

• Operating packaging equipment
