Job Description

Are you a former college athlete or someone with a competitive spirit looking to kickstart your career in healthcare sales? If you thrive in a team environment, love building relationships, and want to make an impact in the healthcare field, this could be the perfect role for you!

At CoreLife, we understand that obesity and chronic illnesses are not isolated conditions but are deeply intertwined with social determinants and root causes. Our integrated care model addresses these complexities head-on, seamlessly coordinating medical treatments, nutritional guidance, behavioral support, and personalized exercise regimens. By focusing on evidence-based practices, we empower patients to take control of their health and achieve sustainable results. In partnership with MedStar Health, CoreLife does not simply treat obesity symptoms; we are combating obesity as the disease it is. Join us in revolutionizing healthcare delivery and making a tangible difference in patients' lives.

We are looking for a Physician Liaison to support our Eastern Shore Clinics( Easton and Salisbury). In this role, you’ll connect local healthcare providers with CoreLife’s services, acting as a key liaison between physicians and our organization. Your goal is to build strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to help them understand how CoreLife can support their patients’ health journeys. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your communication skills, work ethic, and ability to build trust will drive success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
  • Educate doctors and medical staff on CoreLife’s programs and services.
  • Act as the main point of contact between CoreLife locations and referring healthcare providers.
  • Attend meetings with physicians to discuss patient care and new treatment programs.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach efforts to increase awareness of CoreLife.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to strengthen CoreLife’s presence in the healthcare community.
  • Present CoreLife’s mission and services to groups of medical professionals.
  • Help ensure patients are receiving the best care possible by coordinating referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Competitive mindset – If you love a challenge and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, you’ll do well here!
  • Strong people skills – You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and earning trust.
  • Excellent communication – You’re comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and presenting information confidently.
  • Team-oriented – Just like in sports, success here comes from working together.
  • Self-motivated and coachable – We provide training, but you need to be driven to succeed.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred – Ideal fields include sales, marketing, healthcare, or business, but we care more about your attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for helping others – You want to make a difference in healthcare and improve patient outcomes.

Why Join CoreLife?

  • Career Growth – We invest in our team and provide mentorship, training, and opportunities to advance.
  • Fast-Paced, Exciting Work – No two days are the same, and you’ll constantly be meeting new people and solving new challenges.
  • Make an Impact – Help healthcare providers improve patient health and well-being.
  • Strong Team Culture – Work alongside supportive, driven professionals who push each other to succeed.

AS A CORELIFE TEAMMATE, YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • A competitive salary
  • Quarterly incentives structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-covered life insurance
  • Wide selection of ancillary benefits
  • Paid time off
  • 7 paid holidays
  • Retirement plan

If you’re a motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individual looking for a career where you can grow and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
