Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to patients in diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with best practices and facility protocols.
Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide compassionate care while promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Current and unencumbered RN license in Texas.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS/ACLS certification (as required).
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
