Summary:
We are seeking a Security Gate Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various functions while ensuring a positive and efficient work environment for all employees. As a member of our team, you assist all members and guests as they enter our community as well as help with the day-to-day operations of the department. Your ability to handle people in a calm and friendly manner will be essential in this role.

The Security Gate Attendant will report to the Security Manager and work closely with the entire team, contributing to organizational culture and promoting our values. Work Hours:
Seasonal part-time employment available. Full-time employment may be offered to the right candidate.

Compensation:
Pay range: $18.50 to $20.00

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• High level of integrity and communication skills.
• Strong skills and the ability to handle situations within grace and within procedure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse community.
• High level of ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Allow entry to LACC to Authorized people.
• Register Renters, Members and guests.
• Customer service skills.
• Wear appropriate uniform and maintain a clean and neat appearance.
• Help to keep the Gate house clean and stocked.
• Be willing to learn the necessary computer skills to do this job.
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
