Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior  Busi ness Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, domain expertise, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights. This position is completely remote and open to both C2C and W2.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop business process models, workflows, and use cases to support solution design.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Work with data teams to analyze business trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate solutions and ensure business needs are met.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), functional specs, and user stories .
• Support change management efforts by facilitating training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in data governance and security.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, finance, healthcare, or related industries .
• Strong expertise in business process modeling, gap analysis, and workflow optimization .
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart .
• Experience working with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data analysis techniques .
• Ability to write clear and concise BRDs, FRDs, and user stories .
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UAT planning, execution, and validation .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud-based SaaS solutions and API integrations .
• Understanding of AI/ML-driven analytics and automation .
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementations .
• Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies .
