Technology Pre-Apprenticeship Program- Summer 2025 Application

Are you  between the ages of 16-24 and interested in pursuing a career in technology? Apply now for the SnapIT Technology Pre-Apprenticeship Program for Summer 2025! Training provided at no cost to the student through Kansas Department of Commerce SAEEI grant. 

Program Details:

• Duration: 7 weeks
• Schedule: May 28th -July 11th 
• Virtual 4 days per week (Monday-Friday) 
  • Technical training online via online modules
  • 40 hours of virtual on-the-job training (OJT) over the course of 7 weeks 
• Learning Tracks: IT Support Specialist, Cloud Engineer & Software Development
• Stipend: Student will receive $500 stipend upon Program (training and OJT) completion

Eligibility:

• Ages 16-24 years of age 
• Kansas resident
• Commitment to attending all scheduled sessions (training & OJT) online and 4 mandatory in-person sessions at SnapIT Solutions' office in Overland Park, KS if participating in program locally.  
• Have access to a laptop for training. (*Loaner laptop may be available if needed upon request)
• Interest in pursuing a career in information technology
