Position: Social Media Manager
Description:
As Social Media Manager, you will be equal parts storyteller, copywriter, and producer. Your mission is to grow our reach, engage our audience, and spread our message leveraging all social media platforms.
This position is responsible for implementing our social media and advocacy strategies and will also be directly responsible for sourcing, creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts across various social media networks. You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams, mentor junior team members, and report to the Manager of Content on the Brand Marketing team.
Core functions include: working closely with marketing leads and other stakeholders to create social media campaigns that support our Brand, Growth, and Product marketing strategies; sourcing and creating creative, topical, on-brand content; demonstrating case studies; generating original content; supporting other marketing efforts; coaching mastery of brand voice, tone, and visual style; identifying and working with influencers; creating compelling visuals, video, and audio; managing content calendar and posting; tracking and analyzing social media analytics to influence future outcomes; growing following; staying up-to-date on trends; engaging with potential customers and influencers; managing and creating a community; monitoring and responding to feedback; and coordinating testimonials.
Requirements: Required Qualifications: - A passion for social media marketing and analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience using major social media platforms in a business setting.
- Experience with social media analysis tools.
- Experience with social media advertising and brand advocacy programs.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic creative skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Buffer, etc.).
Desired Qualifications: - Deep understanding of endurance sports.
- Experience using Peaksware products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Benefits: Annual compensation range for this role in Colorado: $58,477 - $97,461, with eligibility for variable compensation including bonuses.
