*Position Summary*

We are seeking a *compassionate and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow - CF-SLP)* to join our Esperanza Clinic team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, social communication, and swallowing disorders. You'll work closely with families to support and empower them in achieving developmental goals.

CF-SLPs will be paired with a qualified CF Mentor who will provide structured, on-site supervision.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and assess children’s speech and communication needs
* Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based techniques
* Provide direct face-to-face therapy services
* Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement strategies that promote functional communication
* Document services and progress using WebPT
* Meet clinic billing and documentation deadlines
* Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* All other duties as assigned

*Requirements*

*Education & Licensure:*
* Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* NM State License or Clinical Fellow License in SLP
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred (required for licensed SLPs)
* CF-SLPs must be eligible for CF licensure and mentorship

*Experience & Skills:*
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Adaptable in a dynamic, team-based environment
* Committed to family-centered care

*Transportation:*
* Reliable transportation required to report to the clinic
