Sr Solutions Specialist, Hybrid 2-3x a week (Pre-Sales Cisco) This position is for a Sr Solutions Specialist focused on Cisco Networking solutions, primarily responsible for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth. Position Details Location: 1-3 days a week in-office or with clients in Irvine, San Francisco, or Chicagoland; remaining days remote. Base pay: $160,000 - $200,000 per year plus uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities Assess client networking needs and propose Cisco solutions. Develop and deliver presentations and demos of Cisco products. Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise. Stay updated on Cisco technologies and industry trends. Assist in preparing proposals and technical documentation. Conduct client workshops and training for Cisco solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. At least 5 years in pre-sales, specifically with Cisco networking. CCNA and/or CCNP preferred. Strong routing and switching skills; Cisco Meraki experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable. Benefits Base salary of $160k-200k + uncapped commission (OTE $250k-$700k). Full benefits package.
