Job Description

We're looking for a talented and trend-savvy TikTok & Reels Content Creator to lead the strategy and creation of engaging video content for our two prominent brands. This role is crucial for amplifying our presence, fostering a thriving community, and driving brand awareness across TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:
TikTok Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a compelling TikTok and Reels content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging video content, including attending content shoots, events, and meetings. Opportunities for on-camera appearances/modeling may be available.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and achievement of performance goals (6 TikToks/day across both brands).
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of TikTok and Reels trends, particularly in fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle, and integrate them into content strategy.
Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around jewelry collections, the Bailey's brand, and our team to connect with our audience on a deeper level.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments, build community, and connect with relevant accounts. Share potential sales leads with the virtual sales team.
Performance Analysis: Provide monthly reports on TikTok and Reels performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team on broader marketing initiatives.
Team Player: Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment, assisting with various tasks as needed and as ethically permissible.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a TikTok content creator or in a similar role.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels platforms.
Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
