Shift: 3rdSchedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00amWhat You’ll DoAssign route for Ace Fleet DriversMaintain Daily/Weekly reportsInteract with Ace Retailers providing information and servicesServe as point of contact for the DriversVarious other administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLsAce Hardware is committed to promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy and injury-free environment for all team members. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Experience with AS400, WMS, and SAP preferred.Customer service experience.Excellent phone skills including professional phone presence.Excellent writing abilityExpert problem solving skills, with ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolutionAbility to work in warehouse/office environment.Flexibility to work earlier or later to complete daily tasks.Self-starter who is motivated and works well independently with little supervision
