Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM | Monday to Friday (3 shifts/week, 12 hours each)

Athena Medtech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Licensure/Certification: Must hold current RRT credentials
Preferred: Experience as a Travel RRT
Assess patients to determine appropriate type and frequency of respiratory treatments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient diagnoses.
Monitor and adjust respiratory care plans and equipment as needed.
Record and communicate patient status effectively with the healthcare team.
Administer advanced respiratory therapies and medications.
Evaluate outcomes to ensure effective respiratory care practices.
Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and available support resources.
Respond promptly to emergency resuscitation/code situations as part of the rapid response team.
