LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly expanding logistics company in the western suburbs of Chicago that’s redefining how things move across the country. We’re hiring a Contract Recruiter to lead their end-to-end recruitment efforts and help scale operations during a period of aggressive growth. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
You’ll craft and execute sourcing strategies, improve recruiting operations, and play a key role in building a workforce that drives real results. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles across multiple locations
Build and maintain a deep talent pipeline through creative sourcing strategies
Lead recruitment process improvements and implement best practices across applicant tracking systems
Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and community institutions
Track and analyze hiring metrics and recruitment performance data
Collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume logistics, manufacturing or warehouse environments
Proven experience recruiting across multiple sites
Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS tools
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
