We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site supervision

  • Communicate with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and expectations

  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

  • Create detailed event proposals, timelines, and post-event reports

  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

  • Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events

  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual obligations

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software

  • Availability to work evenings or weekends when required
